It is the year 2808, and three criminals-turned-cyber-police are given a new mission. Terrorists have taken control of the city痴 tallest space-scraper, which holds the primary nodes for the city痴 computer grid, as well as 50,000 people trapped inside. Their job is to break into the most secure building in the city, find and eliminate the terrorists, and rescue the hostages. The hard part is that they have to do all that in 24 hours before their exploding collars blow up! It痴 an Anime cross of Escape from New York and Blade Runner.
